Parents, remember we are celebrating our 100th day of school tomorrow (Thursday). Each child is asked to bring 100 edible treats to share tomorrow (gummy bears, Teddy Grahams, Froot Loops, Skittles, chocolate chips, etc.). Please make sure that your child helps with the counting. Please place the treats in a baggie labelled with your child's name. Thanks. Today for science we were talking about signs of spring. In the classroom we made a list of what we might see outside to tell us that spring was coming soon. Then we took the magnifying glasses outside. We found leaf buds, blossoms, flowers and a worm. This month we have a few fun activities planned. Here are the highlights for March:
March 5 – The 100th day of school. Please send in 100 small treats to share (raisins, Cheerios, M and M’s, mini marshmallows, etc.) March 6 – Bowling Field trip. Remember to send your child’s booster seat if you are not driving. March 7-22 Spring Break |
