Today at centres these children built a big log and re-enacted the frog song. Some were frogs and some were tadpoles. Elise was the mother frog and Aris was the photo bomber.
Today we learned about animals of the pond. Then we played the Speckled Frog game.
Every Thursday we have book share where the children read the books they have made to their Care Pair. They love sitting in unusual places for this activity.
Today we welcomed a new grade one student to our class. I was so proud of how the children welcomed him and showed him around our school. Welcome Arjun!
Today we had a turn with our Big Buddies in Ms. Wylie’s class. First they helped us get started on our next Book Creator project about animals. Then they got to play with us at centres. The big kids really like our toys.
