We will be having a children’s book swap at school next week. Clear out your bookshelves of books you no longer need and donate them to the swap then trade for new books to read over the summer.
Today in math we worked with the geometric solids to build the tallest tower possible. The yellow table made theirs 106 cm. tall! Then we drew a picture of our tower.
Tomorrow (Thursday) students will have an opportunity to go shopping at the Young Entrepreneur fair in the gym. Grade four and five students have made toys, slime, trinkets, etc. for sale to Dogwood students. Most items are $1 or $2. If your child brings money to school, please put it in a little baggie with their name on it. Thanks.
I am still waiting for a few permission forms and bus fee for kindergarten children going to Crescent Beach with Mrs. Sladek and Ms. Noble.
